All RefPlus products now have a nameplate with a QR code that you can easily scan to access your unit’s full pedigree, it’s specific description and features, as well as the start-up report form.
START-UP REPORT FORM NOW MANDATORY
RefPlus will only honor its product warranty if the mandatory start-up report form is completed and submited to RefPlus within 7 days following the start-up date. RefPlus Service department must be informed if, for some technical reason, the form can’t be sent within 7 days of the start-up.
Following start-up, a digital version of your unit’s start-up report form can be easily accessed by scanning the QR code. From there, the form can be completed directly on your phone or tablet and sent to RefPlus and to your own address for future reference. The form will always be available by scanning the QR code.
IMPORTANT: Start-up must be performed by a qualified technician.
The warranty will only be activated when the duly completed start-up report form is received by the Service department.
