Terms and Conditions

PRICE VALIDITY:
Due to ongoing fluctuations in material costs and availability from our suppliers, we strongly recommend confirming the current pricing and delivery schedule at the time your purchase order is submitted. All quoted lead times are estimates based on the best information available at the time of quotation and are subject to change. We reserve the right to postpone any confirmed lead time without prior notice. Quoted prices may be adjusted to reflect any new or modified tariffs, duties, or government-imposed charges that take effect after the date of this offer. Our general terms and conditions of sale shall apply on every order.

POST-PRODUCTION STORAGE CONDITIONS:
The client is required to take possession of the equipment within 30 days following either the requested delivery date or the equipment’s production completion date, whichever is later. Failure to do so will result in storage fees of CAD $125 per week per unit, or 0.5% of the equipment’s value per week, whichever is greater, up to a maximum of CAD $1,000 per unit. These fees are non-refundable and must be paid prior to shipment. RefPlus reserves the right to delay any delivery or suspend future shipments in the event of unpaid storage fees.
